Project Overview
SA Civil & Anti Corrosion Specialists completed the flooring and wall-to-floor coving system for the new Enaleni Pharmaceuticals facility in Mobeni. A 75 mm radius cementitious coving was constructed using SikaRep repair mortar after the application of Sikadur 32N Primer to ensure excellent adhesion. Once cured, the floor was primed with Sikafloor 156ZA before the installation of a 2 mm Sikafloor 261 SS2 epoxy flooring system, creating a seamless, hygienic and durable finish suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Project Overview
SA Civil & Anti Corrosion Specialists refurbished the flooring of a manufacturing and assembly workshop using a multi-coat water-based epoxy system. The project began with wet diamond grinding to prepare the concrete surface, followed by repairs using epoxy skimming paste where required. A diluted ABE WD337 water-based epoxy was applied as both a primer and barrier coating before the floor received three coats of ABE WD337 water-based epoxy, creating a seamless, durable and easy-to-maintain finish.
